Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
All of our Inflatables require adult supervision at all times. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide competent adult supervision for the safety of the users.
Yes! We deliver and set up all inflatables. We will deliver, but we DO NOT set up tables and chairs. Delivery of tables and chairs to the main floor only. We do not take equipment up or down stairs.
We watch weather conditions and reserve the right to cancel a booking if the conditions are not safe. We encourage our customers to watch the weather as well. If the wind goes above 20 MPH we cannot set up the unit. If for some reason the wind increases while in use, shut off the unit immediately and wait for it to pass. Once the wind has passed turn the unit back on and it should inflate back to its original position. If the unit does not completely inflate you might have to get inside of it and push it up.

Yes, a deposit is required to hold your rental date. Your date is not fully reserved until the deposit is paid.
We are based in Detroit, Michigan and service surrounding areas. Delivery fees may vary depending on location.
A light rain will not stop the party. However, if it begins to rain hard please deflate the unit and wait for the rain to pass. Once the rain passes, re-inflate and wipe inside with a rag. Any downpour, lightning, or high winds are unsafe conditions for operation and the unit must be turned off. Once the inflatable is delivered and set up, there are NO REFUNDS.

No. Once equipment is set up, it should not be moved by the customer for safety reasons.
Yes. Inflatables require access to a working electrical outlet. If power is not available, please let us know before booking so we can discuss options.
